Change of Season

This is by far my very favorite time of year, we just celebrated Brynlee's 5th Birthday, Halloween is coming..... and I love the weather. Fall is so refreshing. Life is still crazy and hectic and never seem to go the way I plan it, but I am ready to make life go the way I need it to. Right now I am in the process of deciding "What I want to be when I grow up." Yes I am almost all grown, but I am going to start school hopefully this Janurary. I will post pictures of Brynlee's Birthday soon!!

Family Pictures

Here are some of the pictures Shay (Kayloni's) friend took of me and Brynlee. I love how they turned out and Brynlee seriously looks so grown up. There are so many cute ones that I had to chose from, so these are just a few.

HALLOWEEN

We had a great Halloween this year. Brynlee chose to be Dorthy from Wizard of Oz, so her Grammy found her a great costume! She looked so cute! Friday she got to dress up for school and she was so excited to see what all of the other kids were wearing! She had a great day at school, and that night she got to have a party and Grandma Laurie's house! All of the grand kids came over and they ate a Halloween feast, and played lots of festive games.
When it came to the actual Halloween day, we went over and visited her great Grandparents, and then we made a few other stops. Soon we got home and she went trick or treating! We only made it around our neighborhood she wasn't as into it as I thought she would be, but I think that just comes with age. Kayloni and Erik came over to my parents house and Erik made my parents house the scariest one on the block. Also he was dressed up and scarred all of the children that came to get treats. Brynlee didn't think that was all so great so she told Kayloni she could stay but that her husband had to go home, but once Erik took the mask off she warmed right back up to him.
It was a great Halloween, and it still remains my favorite holiday!

The kids all dressed up for Grandma's party!

Bobbing for doughnuts!!!

Wrap the Mummy!

Rollin' in the Candy!

Yes, Kayloni and I still dress up! Arrrrrg!

BRYNLEE IS '4'

Ok so I feel awful that is has taken me this long to put pictures up of Brynlee's Birthday. I guess part of me is still in denial that she is growing up. Brynlee didn't just have a Birthday she seemed to have a Birthweek this year. We started out with her Family Party on that Monday! She loves her cousins, grandparents, great grandparents and her aunts and uncles so she loved seeing them all there to celebrate her Birthday.

Then she spent most of her real Birthday with her Grammy and Dad. She had a great day with them and she got spoiled as usual.

That night she came home and I told her we could do anything she wanted. My cute simple daughter said "I want Chicken Nuggets from Wendy's and to watch Harry Potter up stairs." I tried throwing out a few more exciting ideas and she said, "Mom it's My Birthday." So Wendy's and Harry Potter it was.

It has become a tradition that before she goes to bed on her Birthday, I tell her the story of September 30, 2005. She loves to hear about her entrance into the world.

Then we closed out the week on Friday with her Friend Party. She has made so many cute friends in the neighborhood! She was so excited to have them all over to play with!! This was her first ever Friend's Party!!!

All and all it was a great week. I love seeing her smile and I saw an overload of smiles from her that week.

I still can't believe how fast these four years have gone by, but she is no longer the Baby that came into this world for a purpose, she is the little angle her Heavenly Father intended her to be! Brynlee is literally my own personal angel. I at times wonder how she has become so smart and wise for her age. I love her with all of my heart and am so grateful I got to celebrate the best day ever with her, September 30th!! I love you Buggas!

Enjoy all the pictures from Birthweek!!!

Questar Lagoon Day

Ok so every year my dad's work has a Lagoon Day. We have gone since we were little kids and now we are taking our little kids. He hates that we still, after all of these years want to go. Reluctantly he purchased tickets for all of us and we had a wonderful day! Thanks Dad!! Start getting ready for next year!
Brynlee had a great time and she was so happy that we spent the whole day there! Her 2 favorite rides were the little whales and the Haunted Houses which we had to do over and over again! (she is such a little me!)

These are the whales and she loved them cause they didn't tickle her tummy!

Oh and these are the tigers that Kylee and Brynlee just loved. Tanner won that one for Kylee and yes, I won the other one from Brynlee. It only took me two basketballs to get it, I was shocked!!

Brynlee and Kylee got to ride with Grandpa all the way across the park, and I got to ride with my little stud Tanner!

All smiles here but that isn't the whole story! On the first ride that I took Brynlee on she started to get scared, so I taught her that when you get scared it helps to scream! Oh wow, she is one good screamer! Me, Kayloni, Erik, and Brynlee had all gone on the Tilt a Whirl right before this one, (the first ride Kayloni and Erik had gone on with Brynlee) she screamed the entire time. Let me just tell you that she has the highest loudest scream ever!! She had everyone cracking up!
Kayloni and Erik took her alone on this one and yes again she screamed the entire time! Thanks Kayloni and Erik, I don't know that my ears could have taken much more!

Questar has a bunch of games and activities set up in the morning time before they serve us lunch. This is me and Brynlee decorating cookies.

This is a picture of her making a great shot to win a lovely prize!

All and all it was a great day! I am so use to going to Lagoon and riding all of the crazy rides over and over again. This year I got to still go on all of the fun rides but it was so much more exciting to watch Brynlee smile as she got to go on the little rides! She had such a wonderful day. It is great to see her have a full day of smiles, she deserved it!!

First Day Of School

Last Wednesday, Brynlee started her second year of preschool.(But now she goes 3 days a week instead of 1.) She loves her teacher Miss T. She was so excited to wake up and get ready. She picked out her own outfit, asked me to do her hair, "mom will you blow dry it and make it really cute please." I can't believe how fast this little girl is growing up. She is such a bright child and loves to learn new things and make new friends. I am excited to see what she learns and how she grows this school year.

Soooo Cute!!

My little poser!

This is her playing why they are waiting for the rest of the kids to get to class. She ran out of the car and never looked back!
